In this video I explain some of the functionality of the Japanese-only Wii channel that lets you mark up TV shows. This channel is useless to anyone but the Japanese and there are no fiddle-guides online for it. To get this channel, you have to go through a whole lot of crap. I got this channel as an offshoot of other endeavors I went through to mess around with my Wii. For those who have upgraded to menu 4.0 (with the SD card menu) there is no way for you to get this. If you still have 3.4, there is a way. I'm not going to spell it out here because there are other guides for it anyway. Enjoy my stuttering, abuse of the word "basically", and other lovely screw-ups.
